Q) What is MiRewards and why should I join?

A) MiRewards is a program where Representatives and Lifestyle Members earn MiRewards points on each prodcut purchase they make. These points can be redeemed for free products.

Q) What are AutoShip requirements for Miessence Lifestyle Members?

A) AutoShip is perfect for Lifestyle Members who enjoy regularly receiving Miessence products to the value of 75 Points (PV*)or more.

AutoShip can be set up to run monthly or bi-monthly (every other month).

AutoShip can be set on a choice of dates. The dates are the 5th, 15th or the 25th of each month**.

Q) What are AutoShip requirements for Miessence Independent Representatives?

A) AutoShip is designed to protect a Representative against missing out on bonuses.

Active Miessence Independent Representatives are required to place a minimum monthly 75 PV* order to claim bonuses.

Representatives can bypass AutoShip by placing an order 75PV or greater during the calendar month, prior to when their AutoShip is set to run.

AutoShip can be set on a choice of dates. The dates are the 5th, 15th or the 25th of each month**.

*PV: Personal Volume is the monthly Point value of the products you purchase from the Company, primarily for retail sale or personal consumption. PV points are the same in every territory regardless of the Recommended Retail Price.

**Except in December where the 25th is Christmas Day. AutoShip will run early.

Q) What Are Points?

A) Points: Points are the value placed on each product. Points provide a consistent value for each product across multiple countries and currencies. Points are calculated at 70% of the Australian RRP minus taxes.

  • View your Mirewards account balance and available points in MiAccount

What is the advantage of a Miessence home-based business?

The advantage of a home-based business is that you can work in your own time which means you can spend time with the family or continue working another full or part time job.

A home-based business is designed to work with your lifestyle.

It's also a low start up business too. You don't have to worry about the time and cost of product research and development, trademark and patent protection, branding, building an e-commerce system or shipping. Miessence provides it all for you.

Miessence Ingredient & Manufacturing - General Questions

If you have a specific question about our ingredients, we have a special page dedicated to all of our wonderful botanicals.

If I have a nut allergy can I still use your products?

We tend not use nut ingredients as a rule, except the tamanu nut oil in the Ambrosia Essence. If someone is highly allergic to nuts, we recommend they read our ingredients to ascertain what exactly is in our products. We don’t use nut oils like hazelnut, almond or peanut.

Can I use your products if I’m allergic to aloe vera?

Unfortunately, there is not much we can do with that, because our products are based on aloe vera. Products that don’t contain aloe vera are our shimmer crèmes, lip cremes, blush powders, and mineral foundation powders.

Would people who are allergic to plants, trees and grass be able to use your product?

It would depend on their specific allergies. Obviously, the fact that our products are comprised of ONLY plants, being allergic to plants may pose a problem! We suggest that you consult a medical professional prior to using any product if you have any allergies.
